Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse only the full value of the goods, but not the costs of standard delivery to you (nor any additional costs arising from express shipping or special delivery options).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

·         goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery;

·         food products or opened packaging units;

·         goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

We only accept returns if the goods are returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
