Dieser Satz fasst den ganzen Wert eines besonderen Getränks zusammen, das uns mit seiner Wärme und seinem Geschmack zu jeder Tageszeit begleitet, insbesondere nach dem Essen, wenn Kaffee die Verdauung anregt und die Schläfrigkeit verringert.
Aber hast du schon einmal versucht, ihn in seiner Likörversion zu probieren?
Hier das Rezept:
Zutaten
- 1 l 90° Alkohol
- 4 Vanilleschoten
- 0,5 l Espresso Crema MAMIS
- 500 g Zucker
Zubereitung
- Alkohol und Vanilleschoten in ein luftdichtes Gefäß hineingeben.
- Das Ganze 15 Tage ruhen lassen.
- Vanilleschoten entfernen und sie zehn Minuten lang in 500 ml Wasser kochen.
- Mamis-Kaffee zubereiten und in das duftende Wasser gießen.
- Vanilleschoten entfernen, Zucker hinzufügen und umrühren.
- Einige Minuten lang kochen lassen.
- Den Sirup abkühlen lassen und dann den beiseitegestellten Alkohol hinzufügen.
- Den Likör in Flaschen füllen.
- An einem kühlen, dunklen Ort lagern und einen Monat lang ruhen lassen, bevor der Kaffeelikör serviert wird.
